Soho House is seeking a proactive Member Relations Manager to ensure a seamless experience for members and guests from arrival to departure. You will coordinate with operations, membership and events to optimize each visit and reinforce the value of Soho House membership.

Ideal candidates are highly social, organized and able to communicate effectively across teams. The role emphasizes on-floor presence, guest handling, and close collaboration with Food & Beverage and Front Desk teams.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Highly social and outgoing with strong communication skills.
• Organised and efficient, able to manage multiple moving parts.

Mansioni

• Provide end-to-end member experience planning, outreach, welcome and engagement.
• Oversee relationships between members, operations, membership and events.
• Maintain a strong member-facing presence on the floor and across departments to gather feedback.
• Support F&B and Club Reception with service touchpoints and guest satisfaction.
• Manage member and guest interactions to ensure a positive atmosphere and strong Soho House standards.
