Soho House is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the full operation of the Club’s dining spaces, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests. You will lead from the floor, motivate the team, and manage day-to-day restaurant operations in a refined, fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Head Chef, Events, and Membership teams to deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect the Club’s values and culture, while maintaining high service standards and operational

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.

• Drive exceptional service standards by developing and refining systems for members, guests, and staff.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions and brand alignment.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews.
