Supersede Recruitment Partners Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations with no evening shifts. You will lead front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensure service excellence, and maintain high standards in hospitality.

The role requires hands-on management of staffing, training, and quality control. The position offers a competitive salary of £38,000-£40,000 per year, is full-time and permanent, with a 45-hour workweek across four weekdays and alternate weekend

Formación

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with bartending practices is an advantage but not essential.
• A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
