Job summary

Olympus Recruitment is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a busy branded venue in Marlow. This full-time role offers daytime shifts only, no evenings, and alternate weekends, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences in a high-volume restaurant up to 150 covers.

You will lead and develop front-of-house and kitchen teams, manage P&L and costs, and drive standards across service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a high-volume branded hospitality setting.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting and cost control.
• Proven track record coaching large FOH/BOH teams.
• Strong guest-service focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Kitchen trained or able to step into kitchen when needed.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to take the reins at our clients busy restaurant in Marlow - a high-volume venue seating up to 150 covers.

Restaurant Manager - What We're Looking For:

• A natural leader from a branded, full-service background who understands how to drive standards and deliver results
• Experience in financial control, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cost management
• A track record of coaching and developing large FOH and BOH teams
• Confidence working in high-volume environments with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• A proactive, hands-on manager who leads from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
• A passion for turning underperforming sites around and driving them to become high-performing successes
• A calm and confident communicator, capable of managing change and inspiring a team through a period of evolution
• Kitchen trained or confident & able to step into the kitchen in times of need

Restaurant Manager - The Essentials:

• Previous management experience in a similar hospitality setting (high volume restaurant, branded ideally)
• A full UK driving licence (due to site location)
