Qualifications

• 2 years of managerial experience in hospitality, preferably in high-end restaurants.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Passion for food and willingness to learn Culture and Menu History.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy and reason.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Right to Work in the UK (required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service.
• Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff with guidance, training, and support.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and appearance of the restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Oversee dining area setup and create an inviting ambiance for guests.
• Develop and implement standard procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
