Job summary

You will manage front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensure service standards, food quality, and drive stock control, staffing, and budgets while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in stock control, budgets, and commercial performance.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the café and restaurant.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the hospitality team.
• Ensure outstanding customer service at all times.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Manage stock ordering, stock control, and minimise wastage.
• Prepare staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor performance against sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies.
• Support seasonal promotions, events, and business growth initiatives.
