You will partner with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef to implement evolving menus and service standards, ensuring a seamless, memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong operational track record with knowledge of Food & Beverage.
• Proven experience managing a team and developing staff.
• Excellent customer care and management skills in a restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication, highly organised and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
