Soho House & Co is seeking a Head Waiter to oversee restaurant service, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional member experiences. You will work with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team to maintain high standards and smooth floor operations, greeting guests, guiding service, and delivering recommendations throughout the dining journey.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in a top-tier dining setting, strong wine knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a high-end dining environment with supervisory experience.
• Strong wine knowledge and service expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members and engage guests from seating.
• Take accurate orders and accommodate dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable menu and wine recommendations.
• Lead and supervise daily service on the floor and mentor staff.
