Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Hospitality mindset with focus on guest experience.
• Hospitable, approachable and service-minded.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards for members, guests, and staff.
• Lead engaging training sessions on food and drink programmes.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
