Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a busy floor team and uphold brand service standards, ensuring members, guests and staff enjoy a warm but elevated experience. You will greet guests, take orders, make recommendations and manage the service flow with a focus on consistency and efficiency.

You will train and coach staff, oversee onboarding, manage rotas and labour costs, and collaborate with departments to drive continuous service improvements while maintaining Soho House standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar Floor Manager role.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solves problems calmly.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-service oriented.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards by refining systems for members, guests, and staff.
• Lead training sessions on food and drink programs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members.
• Create efficient staff rotas and manage labour costs.
• Gather feedback with the Membership team to improve offerings.
