Job summary

The Ivy Collection in the UK is seeking a confident Restaurant Manager to lead front of house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences every service.

You will build and sustain a high-performing team, drive standards, manage training, and respond to guest requests with warmth and efficiency during busy periods, while upholding The Ivy's renowned service ethos and brand values.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in this position.
• Oversee and support a team of managers and the front of house.
• Excellent English communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times to the highest standards, leading by example.
• Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards business objectives.
• Develop a learning culture and ensure team members feel valued and rewarded.
• Manage employees in line with skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals.
• Ensure guest requests and queries are promptly addressed.
• Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate improvements to the team.

Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager:

• Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team, finding ways to improve and learn.

About you:

• You have 2 years + experience in this position
• You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service, and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
• You have excellent English language skills
