Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead floor operations and uphold exceptional guest service. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure seamless service, maintain standards, and contribute to a vibrant dining experience across our venues.

With 2+ years in a similar role and superb English, you will mentor staff, drive guest satisfaction, and embody our caring hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Team player with a professional, charismatic presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure service flow meets standards during peak times.
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Manage and coach staff, providing feedback and appraisals.
• Uphold food safety and quality regulations.

Key elements of your role as Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• Show confidence in managing floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• To ensure the efficient flow of service is met during service periods whilst adhering to our service standards.
• To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times
• To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals.
• Adhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.
