The Ivy Collection is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our City of London location. You will oversee floor operations, ensuring the service runs smoothly and guests receive outstanding hospitality. You will lead a team, provide feedback, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong team player with charisma and flair.

• Lead floor operations during service in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure service standards and smooth flow of service.
• Provide friendly, courteous, professional service at all times.
• Manage employees with regular feedback and appraisals.

Key elements of your role as Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• Show confidence in managing floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• To ensure the efficient flow of service is met during service periods whilst adhering to our service standards.
• To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times
• To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals.
• Adhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.

• You have 2 year + of experience in this position
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service
• You have excellent English language skills
• You are a real team player
• You are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair
