Job summary

The Ivy Collection in London is seeking a confident Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure outstanding guest experiences across our famed venues. You will coach staff, uphold service standards, and drive operational excellence during busy service.

With 2+ years in a Restaurant Manager role, you will oversee managers and the wider FOH operation, delivering memorable service under pressure while fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Restaurant Manager position.
• Experience leading front-of-house teams and delivering high service standards.
• Excellent English language skills and guest-focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times to the highest standards, leading by example.
• Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards business objectives.
• Develop a learning culture and ensure team members feel valued and rewarded.
• Manage all employees in line with agreed skills and standards, with regular feedback and appraisals.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and queries.
• Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate improvements to the team.

• You have 2 years + experience in this position
• You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service, and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
• You have excellent English language skills
