The Ivy Collection is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead floor operations in our bustling York venue. You’ll ensure smooth service, maintain high standards, and inspire a friendly, professional team.

With 2+ years in a similar role and excellent English, you’ll wow guests with exceptional service, coach staff through feedback, and uphold food safety and quality. This role offers a supportive team and clear development opportunities.

• Show confidence in managing floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure the efficient flow of service during peak periods while upholding our service standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Manage all employees with regular feedback and appraisals.
• Adhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.
