• Manage floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure the efficient flow of service during peak periods while upholding service standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Manage all employees in line with agreed skills and standards, with regular feedback and appraisals.
• Adhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.
