Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the United Kingdom. Based in Birmingham, you will oversee floor operations, ensuring smooth guest flow and adherence to service standards, while delivering warm, professional hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong communication and charisma.

• Ensure the efficient flow of service during peak times while upholding standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
