The Ivy Asia in Guildford is seeking a confident Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team in a vibrant, guest-focused environment. You will ensure flawless service, manage staff performance, and uphold The Ivy magic across all shifts.

We value leaders who can inspire, coach, and deliver memorable dining experiences in a high-energy setting. A strong command of English and 2+ years of managerial experience are essential.”

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management.
• Experience overseeing and supporting a team of managers and front-of-house operations.
• Ability to wow guests with exceptional service and stay composed under busy service pressures.
• Excellent English language skills.

• Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.

• Ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
• Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team, identifying improvements and learning opportunities.

Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager:

• You have 2 years + experience in this position
• You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service, and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
• You have excellent English language skills
