Grantley Hall in England is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead the direct daily operations of our five restaurants within the luxury estate. You will recruit, train, mentor and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

You will maintain Forbes Travel Guide standards, manage budgeting and P&L, and collaborate with spa, bar and accommodation teams to deliver exceptional guest journeys while upholding premium service and

• Proven experience managing a high-end restaurant or multiple outlets within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire diverse teams.
• Exceptional understanding of fine-dining service standards and wine programme management.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, P&L responsibility and cost-control techniques.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or equivalent experience.
