Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel environment.
• Strong leadership with accountability, collaboration and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills, able to listen, direct and maintain dialogue.
• Solid understanding of food & beverage operations, cost management, health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations across five restaurants and three bars, ensuring seamless service and luxury standards.
• Lead and motivate a diverse front-of-house team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and high morale.
• Monitor guest feedback and service metrics, implementing corrective actions to maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, spa and gym teams to deliver integrated guest experiences reflecting bespoke offerings.
• Manage inventory, ordering and cost control while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
