Job summary

Grantley Hall in England is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead the direct daily operations of our five restaurants within the luxury estate. You will recruit, train, mentor and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

You will maintain Forbes Travel Guide standards, manage budgeting and P&L, and collaborate with spa, bar and accommodation teams to deliver exceptional guest journeys while upholding premium service and

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a high-end restaurant or multiple outlets within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire diverse teams.
Exceptional understanding of fine-dining service standards and wine programme management.
Financial acumen with budgeting, P&L responsibility and cost-control techniques.
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations of five restaurants to ensure seamless service at five-star standards.
Recruit, train, mentor and schedule front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Maintain rigorous quality, hygiene and safety standards in line with industry regulations.
Manage inventory, purchasing and cost control to achieve financial targets.
Collaborate with spa, bar and accommodation teams to create integrated guest journeys.
Analyse guest feedback and performance metrics to implement improvements.
Represent the restaurant at internal events and community initiatives, upholding the brand.
