Perle Hotels are delighted to be hiring an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager in Portree. You will be working in one of our three hotels on the Isle of Skye (The Bracken Hide Hotel).

You will be responsible for managing the breakfast and dinner services in our restaurant (The Am Braigh). This is a full-time and permanent role working 5 days out of 7, Monday through Sunday, 45 hours a week.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and lead the restaurant and breakfast team (supervisors & team members). Working closely with the Head Chef and Bar Manager, you will ensure an exceptional food & beverage guest experience, as well as train, recruit, and lead the front of house team.

This is a guest-facing position. We are seeking candidates passionate about guest service, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Prior experience with Resdiary, Lightspeed, Trustyou, and Rotacloud systems is preferred but not required.
