Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Customer Advisor in Preston to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our restaurants. You will help customers with transactions, promote the Dobbies Club, and answer product questions, including allergies and dietary needs.

You'll work as part of a team on the shop floor and in the restaurant, contributing to a clean, welcoming environment and assisting with stock, tills and deliveries as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality helps deliver consistent service.
• Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and product knowledge, including handling allergies/dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across the store with transactions and queries.
• Promote the Dobbies Club membership to drive sales.
• Provide product knowledge and advise on allergies and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store with the team.
• Assist on shop floor, stock, till work, deliveries and restaurant service as needed.
