Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking Restaurant Customer Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our restaurant area and store. You will assist with transactions, promote our club membership, and answer queries with strong product knowledge in a busy, friendly environment.

The role involves working on shopfloor, stock, cash handling, and occasional take-to-car deliveries, offering opportunities to gain additional skills and experience within hospitality and retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across our restaurant and store areas.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and promoting Dobbies Club membership benefits.
• Answer customer queries with product knowledge and dietary information.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store and restaurant areas.
• Assist on shopfloor, stock handling, cash handling, and deliveries as required.
