Five Guys in the United Kingdom seeks an Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager, driving profitability and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead shifts, coach teams, and ensure operations meet Five Guys standards while delivering outstanding service.

You will develop people, manage costs, and drive a strong talent pipeline for future leadership roles in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR.
• Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and Mystery Shopper results.
• Experience with P&L management, labour costs, and inventory control.

Responsabilités

• Lead Shift Managers and Crew, hands-on on the line and dining area.
• Support the General Manager in delivering perfect burgers & fries and store results.
• Create an awesome working environment aligned with Five Guys values.
• Handle customer complaints promptly in an open, honest way.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and long-term planning.
