Who you are!

• Be the face of our restaurant and bar and play a vital role in F&B, ensuring the restaurant and bar run smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service and be detail-oriented.
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the restaurant as well as the bar.
• Ensure the service is prompt and clear tables/bar area.
• Improve the quality of service and suggest new ideas to enhance operations.
• Coordinate with the F&B management team daily.
• Support and manage the F&B assistants.

• Has great communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Has previous experience in a Restaurant and Bar environment.
• Can stay calm under pressure and work within a team.
• Has good attention to detail and takes ownership of events and reservations.

• Has previous leadership experience in hospitality.
