We are looking for a full-time Bar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bar, a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, and a confident, outgoing personality. This person should be a natural leader with the ability to guide a shift while working collaboratively with the team. The Bar Supervisor will report directly to the Bar Manager.

Location: The Chesterfield Mayfair, London

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days off)

Key Responsibilities of a Bar Supervisor:

• Welcome and interact with guests, providing friendly and professional service and drink recommendations.
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about the menu and provide ongoing training to maintain high standards of service.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring it is fully stocked and ready for service.
• Manage the operation of the bar during your shift, ensuring smooth service flow and product quality.
• Handle transactions accurately and ensure proper use of the POS system.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Lead the team, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient operation throughout your shift.
