Job summary

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a full‑time Respiratory Service Coordinator to join the RRCV Clinical Management Team in Outpatients. You will support the Booking Team, undertake RTT validation, and cross-cover for Long Covid and Pleural/Bronchoscopy services.

The role requires strong organisation, problem solving, and the ability to work collaboratively or independently in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
• NVQ III or relevant admin experience (min 2 years).
• RTT/Clinic Management/Waiting List experience.
• CLAIT HISS/PAS NHS systems and procedures; Choose and Book.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals and book new and follow up appointments.
• Monitor, maintain and report clinic cancellations and utilisation.
• Ensure RTT and booking complies with Local and National Standards.
• Coordinate outpatient clinics and maintain patient records.
