Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a welcoming receptionist for the Respiratory Medicine admin team. You will be the essential first contact for patients, visitors and staff, working in a busy, supportive environment.

The role requires enthusiasm, pro-activity and organisation, with flexible working and a caring, compassionate approach to a vibrant department that covers lung cancer, sleep disorders, respiratory investigations and inpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact between the hospital, patients and relatives, and staff groups including clinicians, nurses and admin teams.
• Deal efficiently with direct and indirect patient contact.
• Work well autonomously and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of Trust and National policies.
• Provide high-quality secretarial support to sub-specialties in Respiratory.
