Job summary

The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust invites applications for a full-time Service Coordinator in Respiratory. You will join the RRCV Clinical Management Team and Outpatients, supporting the Booking Team and RTT validation, with cross-cover for Long Covid and Pleural/Bronchoscopy services.

In this role you will manage outpatient clinics, develop templates, maximise slot utilisation, and monitor e-RS triage performance, while delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide cross-cover for Respiratory specialised clinics, including Long Covid and Pleural/Bronchoscopy.
• Manage patients and professionals through defined RTT pathways to ensure timely clinic attendance.
• Support and guide patients and carers, delivering a patient pathway in line with RTT guidelines.
• Develop clinic templates and maximise slot utilisation to improve service efficiency.
