An exciting opportunity has arisen within the continuously growing Respiratory, Sleep and NIV physiology team at Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) NHS Trust for a Respiratory and Sleep physiologist.

Job Location and Schedule

The post holder will mainly work at City campus but cross‑town working at QMC campus is also part of the job plan to ensure experience is gained in all respiratory and sleep physiological measurements performed at NUH. There is also a programme of CPD to support you in having the pre‑requisite requirements for higher banded roles in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Basic and more complex respiratory physiology investigations.
  • Sleep study reporting and presentation of cases for the weekly sleep MDT.
  • CPAP initiation, follow‑ups and yearly reviews.
  • Administrative duties pertaining to your roles above.
  • Clinical supervision and training of junior staff.
