Job summary

Langstone Quays Resorts in Weston Rhyn is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue across all services. You will handle reservations, upsell opportunities, and maintain guest satisfaction while coordinating with reception and spa teams to optimize occupancy and promotions.

The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training and development within a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in sales and customer service is essential.
• Experience dealing with customer complaints is preferred.
• Hospitality or travel industry exposure is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake further training is expected.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls consistently and professionally.
• Take reservations and enter bookings accurately in the system.
• Maximise selling opportunities and achieve upsell targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the resorts, services, products and events.
• Liaise with front desk and spa teams to manage availability and offers.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures and company policies.
