Zusammenfassung

Langstone Quays Resort seeks a Wedding and Events Co-ordinator to join a dynamic Sales and Marketing team. You will maximise hotel revenue by negotiating Weddings, Meetings and Events and coordinate delivery with other departments to align with the business plan.

You will manage enquiries, show rounds and client relationships, ensuring prepayments and contracts are handled accurately while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Sales experience and customer service experience.
• Experience dealing with customer complaints.
• Hospitality experience and ability to meet deadlines.
• High standards of presentation and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate and manage exceptional standards of customer care – both face to face and remotely, nurturing long term relationships.
• Ensure all event enquiries and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and on the day of enquiry.
• Coordinate client show rounds and open evenings with the team to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure function sheets are accurate and produced on time for the operations team.
• Maintain up-to-date diaries and systems for events.
• Achieve meetings and events revenue goals by implementing group strategies.
