Job summary

St Brides Spa Hotel in Saundersfoot is seeking a guest services executive to be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins and personalised recommendations. You will contribute to unforgettable experiences across spa, dining and hotel services, delivering warm hospitality from enquiry to departure.

The role requires strong communication, IT and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team, within a forward-thinking hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, reservations, sales, or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong IT skills and experience using booking or reservation systems.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service across all guest touchpoints, face-to-face and over the phone.
• Process room, spa, restaurant, and package reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Build rapport with guests and personalise every interaction.
• Maximise sales opportunities through upselling of rooms, dining, spa treatments and experiences.
• Encourage guests to pre-book dining and spa treatments ahead of arrival.
• Respond to guest enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work with Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and other departments for seamless experiences.
• Ensure guest information is recorded accurately and GDPR compliant.
• Handle guest requests and feedback with confidence and professionalism.
• Contribute to departmental revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in Front Office.
