Job summary
LQ Resorts in Oswestry is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Revenue team. You will handle inquiries, take bookings, and upsell resort services to maximise revenue while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The role requires strong communication, high presentation standards, and the ability to meet targets in a busy hospitality environment. On-site duties and collaboration with front desk and spa teams are essential.
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths grade C/4 or above.
- GCSE English grade C/4 or above.
- Experience working in sales or customer service.
- Experience of dealing with customer complaints.
- Hospitality or travel industry exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls consistently and politely.
- Know the resort details, services, products and events.
- Take reservations and enter bookings accurately.
- Maximise selling opportunities and upsell where possible.
- Ensure daily reservation checks and maintain client database.
