Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to conduct field visits for utility and financial services clients. You’ll work across residential and commercial properties, resolving accounts and reconnecting services as needed.

The role emphasizes flexibility, with patterns across weekdays, UK-wide postings, and a requirement for a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. DBS check and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.

• Ability to identify and manage disputes in line with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts and reconnect services where needed.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty by linking to relevant services.
• Take accurate utility meter readings as part of debt resolution workstreams.
