Job summary

Engage Services is seeking a self-employed Resolution Field Agent to visit homes and businesses across the UK to resolve accounts, reconnect services, and assist customers facing financial difficulty. You will perform field visits, collect meter reads, and engage with clients to reconnect services.

The role offers flexible hours, training, and opportunities to progress within the organization, with UK-wide postings and a guaranteed daily rate.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working within London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered if repayment arrangements are in place.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Provide support to customers experiencing financial difficulties and facilitate reconnection where appropriate.
