Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to cover UK-wide visits on a self-employed basis. The role involves field visits to residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and support customers experiencing financial difficulty.
