Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent to visit properties and help resolve customer accounts. The role covers reconnecting services and supporting customers facing financial difficulty.

Role supports multiple workstreams including utilities, reconnection, welfare visits, and meter readings with flexible hours and full training provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working in London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• CCJs considered in adverse circumstances where repayment arrangements are in place.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services for clients.
• Support customers experiencing financial difficulty.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
