Job summary

Engage Services is seeking a self-employed Resolution Field Agent in the UK to visit residential and commercial properties and resolve customer accounts. You will reconnect services, support customers in difficulty, and collect accurate meter readings within defined postcodes.

You must hold a Full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle with business insurance. Training is provided and opportunities to progress exist within the Marston Holdings group.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• DBS check completed; strong credit history preferred.
• Strong negotiation and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties to resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
• Support clients in resolving disputes and ensuring compliant outcomes.
