Job summary

Engage Services, part of Marston Holdings Limited, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent (self-employed) to visit residential and commercial properties across the UK. You will resolve utility and service issues, reconnect services, and provide support to customers in financial difficulty.

The role offers a guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150 plus training and progression opportunities. Flexible pattern: minimum two weekdays, eight hours a day, with training and UK-wide placement in pre-agreed

Qualifications

• Proven organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in case-management practices.
• Ability to work independently under policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and reconnect services.
