Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, seeks a Resolution Field Agent to conduct field visits for resolving customer accounts and reconnecting services across the UK. The role is self-employed with part-time or full-time options and a guaranteed daily rate depending on skills and experience.

You will handle welfare utility visits, meter reads, and support customers facing financial difficulties while adhering to client guidelines and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle when working within London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties to resolve accounts.
• Discuss and resolve utility accounts with clients.
• Reconnect services and coordinate with clients.
• Take accurate utility meter readings where required.
