Job summary

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a team leader for our children’s residential service in a rural location close to Ross-on-Wye. You will lead a caring team, supervise shift patterns, and ensure high standards of safeguarding while supporting young people and families.

Essentially you must have 12 months of team leadership experience, a QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent, a valid UK driving licence with company vehicle provided for work, and the flexibility to work evenings, nights

Qualifications

• 12 months team leader experience.
• QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People qualification or equivalent.
• Driver (company provide a car / mini bus during working hours).
• Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends).
• Shift Pattern 2 on 4 off (x2 full days including sleeps).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a children’s residential setting.
• Safeguard and support the welfare of the young people.
• Document records using an electronic care recording system; full training provided.

FULL UK MANUAL DRIVER LICENCE ESSENTIAL - RURAL LOCATION ROSS ON WYE

QCF - LEVEL 3 IN CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OR EQUIVALENT WITH A MINIMUM MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS CHILDREN SERVICES EXPERIENCE..

We are looking for a team leaderwith previous experience of being a support worker within a children’s residential setting, hold either an NVQ orQCF Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent),along with a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature.
