Job summary

CareTech in Ross-on-Wye is seeking a confident team leader to work in a rural children's residential setting. The role requires a Full UK Manual Driving Licence, QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and at least 12 months team leadership experience. You will work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights and weekends, with a shift pattern of 2 on 4 off.

FULL UK MANUAL DRIVER LICENCE ESSENTIAL - RURAL LOCATION ROSS ON WYE

QCF - LEVEL 3 IN CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE OR EQUIVALENT WITH A MINIMUM MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS CHILDREN SERVICES EXPERIENCE..

We are looking for a team leaderwith previous experience of being a support worker within a children’s residential setting, hold either an NVQ orQCF Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent),along with a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature.

• 12 months team leader experience
• QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent
• Driver (company provide a car / mini bus during working hours)
• Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
• Shift Pattern 2 on 4 off (x2 full days including sleeps).
