Job summary

Greenfields Children’s Service is part of the CareTech Family. They are seeking a Residential Support Worker in a rural Bristol location with a full manual licence and own transport essential.

The role operates on a 2 days on, 4 days off pattern, including sleep-ins, in a caring, trauma-informed environment for children and young people. The team receives specialist training in early trauma, CSE, HSB and children's rights, employing a multi-disciplinary approach with clear, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hold a full driving licence and have own transport due to rural location.
• Able to work shift pattern of 2 on 4 off (8am – 10pm including sleep-in nights).
• Experience in a similar setting (min 3 months preferred).
• QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred not essential).
