Job summary

Caretech in the United Kingdom is seeking a Residential Team Leader for our Children's Services to oversee a residential home and lead a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasises safeguarding, child-centred development, and collaboration with families and external agencies. You will require a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, supervisory experience, a driving licence, and comfort with electronic care recording (Clearcare is an advantage).

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Supervisory or leadership experience within children's residential services.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Familiarity with electronic care recording systems (Clearcare is an advantage).

• A full UK driving licence.
