Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an AssocRICS Residential Surveyor for remote working in the UK. The role covers Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, Red Book valuations, and bespoke building surveys across residential and commercial sectors.

The package offers a competitive salary (£45k-£60k base, £90k OTE), 10% personal net billings commission, and flexible full- or part-time remote working with generous holiday and career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher.
• Registered Valuer status essential.
• Proven track record in residential surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and report-writing accuracy.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, with training provided if needed.
• Produce Red Book valuations and bespoke building surveys.
• Manage private and panel work and coordinate with the centralised hub for appointments.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure timely delivery of surveys.

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Level 2 Surveys
• Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)
• Red Book Valuations
• Bespoke Building Surveys
• Private and Panel work
• Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
