GCB Recruitment seeks an experienced AssocRICS+ Residential Surveyor for a role with strong earning potential and flexible remote working. Join a multi-disciplinary property practice operating across residential and commercial sectors, renowned for professional standards and supportive culture.

In this role you will conduct Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, Red Book valuations, bespoke building surveys, and private/panel work.

Qualificações

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher.
• Registered Valuer status essential.
• Proven track record in residential surveying.
• Full UK driving licence.

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary property practice operating across both residential and commercial sectors. The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Level 2 Surveys
• Level 3 Surveys (Our clients are happy to train if necessary)
• Red Book Valuations
• Bespoke Building Surveys
• Private and Panel work
• Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
• Registered Valuer status essential
• Proven track record in residential surveying
• Strong attention to detail and report writing accuracy
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Full UK driving licence
