Job summary

GCB Recruitment seeks an experienced Residential Surveyor for a consultancy role covering properties within a 25-mile radius of your home in the Kingston-upon-Thames area. You will perform RICS Home Surveys, mortgage valuations, and deliver detailed reports while managing your own diary with strong admin support.

The role offers complete flexibility, a generous fee split, and remote/home-based working with typical PT hours Mon-Fri. An AssocRICS qualification and VRS registration are preferred.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS qualified (minimum) or above.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification surveying experience.
• VRS registered.
• Strong experience carrying out residential valuations and surveys.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out RICS Home Surveys (Level 2/HomeBuyer Reports).
• Undertake Mortgage Valuations.
• Deliver high-quality survey reports using industry-leading reporting software.

Residential Surveyor Consultancy Basis up to £100,000 OTE Remote

AssocRICS qualified and looking for flexibility with exceptional earning potential?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice covering the Kingston-upon-Thames area. Due to continued business growth, they're looking for an experienced surveying professional to work on a consultancy basis, covering properties within a 25-mile radius of your home.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out RICS Home Surveys (Level 2/HomeBuyer Reports)
• Undertake Mortgage Valuations
• Deliver high-quality survey reports using industry-leading reporting software
• Manage your own workload while maintaining excellent service standards
• Work closely with the support team to ensure an efficient customer journey
• Maintain professional standards and deliver accurate, compliant reports
• Cover work within a 25-mile radius of your home

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• AssocRICS qualified (minimum) or above
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification surveying experience
• VRS registered
• Strong experience carrying out residential valuations and surveys
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary effectively
