Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Residential Surveyor in the United Kingdom to deliver Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys, and Red Book valuations for residential properties. The role offers remote/hybrid working with flexible hours, supporting a reputable multi-disciplinary practice.

MRICS or AssocRICS qualification is preferred, with a Registered Valuer status advantageous and strong reporting skills.

• Deliver private and panel valuation work and coordinate appointments.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure reports are accurate and timely.

Residential Surveyor £45K - £60K Basic, Upto £80K OTE + Car Allowance Remote Full or Part Time

MRICS or AssocRICS qualified and looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice covering Northamptonshire, delivering a range of residential surveys and valuations.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys
• Undertake Level 3 Building Surveys (training provided if required)
• Complete Red Book Valuations
• Deliver bespoke Building Surveys for residential properties
• Carry out both private and panel valuation work
• Liaise with the centralised hub to coordinate appointments efficiently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and within agreed timescales

Residential Surveyor Requirements:

• MRICS preferred, with a minimum of AssocRICS qualification
• Registered Valuer Status
• Proven experience carrying out residential surveys and valuations
• Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours:

• Remote / home-based role
• Full-time or part-time hours available
